After looking around for a few IDs I had decided to engage Ace Interior for my new bto, and forfeited a deposit of $1000 for previous engagement with other ID firm. The 3D drawings of Ace Interior is much more closer to my dream home. No regrets! The quotation is transparent and no hidden cost. The renovation works completed same as the proposed 3D drawings. During the renovation, Delphine was prompt and active in answering any queries that I have. After moving in, there are some minor defects and she did not hesitate to fix it up immediately. Thanks for her good coordination skills too! Overall it's a great experience working with Delphine and would definitely engage her again for the next project.

Beyond design, she efficiently managed the project, coordinated with HDB, and handled defects and unexpected issues with professionalism. Despite the renovation overlapping with Chinese New Year—when workers were unavailable for two weeks—she secured early renovation approval and kept everything on track to meet the schedule. Her commitment and problem-solving skills made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate her efforts in delivering a well-executed renovation. After settling our reno back in 2023, Richard continue to keep in touch with us for minor rectifications (Some IDs would hv leave the chatgrp once everything is completed) We decided to make changes to our dining area in order to accommodate our young children. Richard settled our mini-makeover within weeks and completed before CNY! Everything went smooth and well, we are 💯 pleased & thankful for Richard.

Like other home owners did, we met a few ID's before making our final call to go for Ace Interior. What moved us was the price of our renovation that is reasonable based on a 3 room bto flat, as compared to other ID's previous quotations. Priscilla is knowledgable and had been accommodating to our wants and needs. We didn't really have a concept to go with our home. But we do know what we want. Angela from Ace Interior was recommended to me by a friend and it was the best recommendation yet. I was talking to 8 IDs through various platform but couldn't find one that can resonate with my ideas. Choosing Angela was the best choice i made for my new home as she is the most meticulous, patient and accommodating IDs I have ever engaged. Service by her was impeccable, design ideas were great and offered valuable feedback on some ideas I had which were redundant so that I wouldn't burst my budget. She also went above and beyond by providing more consultation sessions than what was in the contract, and also offered to accompany me to shop for the best bargain for fittings and toilet accessories. Reno journey was a breeze with Angela handling everything for me, coordinating with the various contractors and making sure everything were completed on time without compromising on quality. 11/10 rating from me for Angela and I highly recommend her from Ace Interior when you are looking for an ID to aid you in making your dream home!

Worked with Cloveer & Richard on our new BTO. It was a pleasant experience, with very minimal hiccups (as with most renovation, there are bound to be some). With each issue raised, they have been very responsive towards rectification. The use of a collective calendar has also made it easier for us to coordinate and arrange dates despite our busy schedules. Fully recommend :)
