Eric has always been very transparent and upfront from the first day we met him in person to discuss about our tight timeline and requirements. We gave him very specific and hard deadlines to meet and his team has always delivered. No renovation projects are 100% perfect and there might be hiccups along the way but he was there to assure us, answered our questions and rectify the issues! 👍🏻

Besides that, I truly appeciate his skill in managing my budget so efficiently and made every dollar count without comprosing on quality. From the start, he has displayed transparency and professionalism in providing a clear cost breakdown without any hidden cost. I always felt informed and in control of my budget. I never had to worry about unexpected expenses. Moreover, the renovation work was able to be completed earlier than the promised time frame. High recommended!!!
