I recently engaged JD Interior for 2 of my bedrooms. Ann Nasir was the ID. From the initial consultation to the final touches she was professional and prompt in her responses (even after office hours). She listened attentively and patiently to my needs/wants and would try her best to accomodate them. Communication was good and she would update me on the progress regularly for assurance. In fact, i was overseas when the reno work started so i had to depend on her throughout the process. The project was completed fast and within budget. No issue with the quaility of work. What i liked most about them was that no work was considered too small and the team was willing to address all issues raised. In fact when i first reached out to several contractors for quotation, JD responded swiftly and was consistent throughout. There were 1 or 2 contractors that did not even provide quotation or would only respond after being nudged! Kudos to Ann and her team!
